Every policy is different so you will have to check with your insurance provider. We do not have access to your policy as a service provider.
As per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session we require a 24 hour notice. Any cancellations or no shows within24 hours will be subject o a $20 cancellation fee.
Yes, currently we accept ICBC claims. However, we do not take any WorkSafe BC claims.
